Day 12 or 13 being sick and

The 'rona feels like pneumonia, if it was the 'rona I had. I've been coughing up all kinds of pretty colors. Not the worst cold I've ever had, but it was a doozy. I broke down and had the doc call in an antibiotic and that seems to be kicking it's ass. Today is the best I've felt for almost 2 weeks. It sucked, but it wasn't that bad.

Had something similar back in 2016 when I moved back to Idaho from Arizona. Guessing it was due to the first winter I had experienced in 8 years... or it was a time traveling strain... or just the flu...

I've had pneumonia twice in my lifetime and this was about the same. It wasn't the worst I've had, but it did knock me on my ass the first week. Not gonna lie, it sucked.

Thanks, bro. Whatever it was that I had, the Mucinex stuff worked. I coughed up so much shit, it's a wonder I didn't drown but that's all it did. Made me cough up yellows, red and green fluid and so much of it. I'm still coughing up stuff but the antibiotics made it so I'm not as foggy headed and dizzy.

To give a funny example, my wife brought me some papers to sign and she pointed to an area and said "sign here" and my mind went blank. I couldn't remember what sign here meant and she could see the light bulb go off in my head when I understood what she meant. It was funny as hell and we both got a pretty good laugh at my suffering.

I could go back to work tomorrow, but I told the wife that I'm going to take my youngest son fishing in the boat all weekend. School is almost back in so it's time for some father/son time. Going to try and get my other two sons to go with us. They are both over 21 so they may or may not, we'll see.

Busy as shit my way. Kids are growing up too fast.

Good on ya for skipping out and spending time with your boys. Most important thing we can do is spend time with them. My boys live with their mom, so I have to make the best of it.

Everyone is dying, fren, but not today. The first few days were the worst. Dizziness and hot/cold flashes constantly. I tried vitamins and Mucinex, but that wasn't cutting it. I made a phone call and the doc gave me some antibiotics of which I'm on day 4 of taking. It seems to be working but just to be safe, I'm going to wait until monday to get back to work.
