The argument that FB is a private company and can do what it wants doesn't hold up when they begin treating citizens unequally at the behest of the government. An interesting case to watch although the good constitutional argument may be drowned out by money.

companies that act as arms of the federal government are subject to the laws in the constitution. there’s lots pf precedent for this.

The government has become above the law. I'm not sure much will come of this.
