I'm no expert on noses, but it seems both have nostrils that do a 'oO' thing. Like if nostrils were people, it would be a short fat guy standing next to a tall skinny guy. While not common, it isnt a one-of-a-kind feature. The likelihood of 2 people with the same uncommon name both having this feature would be rather low, I would expect.

I am not sure this is the same Justin, as I have had conversations with puttitout on old voat about music and guitar playing specifically and he had told me that he was wanting to get a guitar and learn how to play but he does not have one. For what it's worth
