Horses have weight limits for riders. Seems like those two would be over the limit.

Total weight of rider plus tack must not exceed 250 lbs. There is no horse alive, of any breed, any build, anywhere, that can go more than a few minutes with more weight on its back than this. Not even the U.S. Army ever packed a mule heavier than this. So if you mean by "plus sized riders" that they weigh more than 250 lbs., including the weight of their saddle, then in good conscience what you must tell them is to look for another hobby activity, or confine their horse activities to either driving or groundwork.

Poor horse. Look at the way it steps -- it lifts a hoof and instead of a natural swing and reset, it almost immediately puts it back down in a sort of short stutter step.

This suggests that every time it takes a step, it feels the other three limbs straining/buckling. I can only imagine how badly the joints must've felt with all that pressure.

The added strain from the slight incline was enough to get it to buck.

Someone give that horse a handful of sugar cubes before I lose my mind. I fucking hate fats and niggers. Camera guy can get fucked for his vapid cackling too.
