Try some 'sports'. Motocross (not supercross, that's for faggots) is an extreme workout which grants you a lot of endurance, manage to get in 8-10 hours and you're pretty shot, damage dealt.

Don't quit the gym, but branching out can be fun. I find a lot of time to think while racing through the hills.

You'd be in pretty good shape. It's the only sport I know of where you get so pumped that the athletes get a fasciotomy to deal with the swelling. The arms get smashed hardcore. After the season would start, I'd be so sore that I couldn't pick up a jug or handle my car door for a day afterwards.
