In general, all artificial and no/low calorie sweeteners trigger excess weight gain and, in some cases, diabetes.

The excess weight thing is common because the brain is being fooled. It thinks "I've just taken in all this energy (sugar), and yet I'm finding none of it. I must retain extra stores just in case this happens again."

IIRC it was invented by Monsanto, the same company that made (I believe) Agent Orange in Vietnam (still people suffering from it), DDT (mosquito spray that left children be born without limbs), and today RoundUp (chemical that gets sprayed against weeds on fields which poisons your body and has many scandals surrounding it.

Retarded people who probably also get vaccines that aren't tested drink Coke Zero because nO SUgAr but don't bother to check what's in it. Aspartame. Way worse.
