That looks like nandina domestica or common name heavenly bamboo. Despite the common name it is not a bamboo but an evergreen shrub. Those berries will turn to a brilliant bright red in the late fall and persist through winter.

That's not bamboo, that's poison sumac. Poison Sumac have those small green berries which are also poisonous.
