IME if they miss their first deadline it gets put on a shelf till they are delivering to a neighbour. Probably they don't get paid.

Last time this happened for something important I cancelled it (no easy task) and re ordered. Arrived next day. Still had to chase up the refund though, feckers.

5 times. 4 weeks for me, 5 times, including FALSIFIED FRAUDULENT UPS status. I logged it all and saved all the screen shots. When it arrived, it was ok and functioned... and expensive.

Update, the package never arrived and the said they would send an email to notify when it will be shipped. In the future I will screenshot everything for these situations. I can't return any of the other parts because they will be over the period by the time I get this last shipment.

Tiger Direct is still American owned, just changed hands a couple of times. Newegg sold out to China in 2016, but the founder and CEO is Taiwanese and has worked with China for years.
