That's actually the most viable option for landlords with free loaders. You can pick up a high point for about a hundred becks in the ghetto, and if you have a bit of sense you can reclaim your property, in minecraft, quickly easily and cheaply with not much more than a cleaning bill on your hands. Especially in Detroit or Chicago. Not recommending anyone do that. Just saying it could happen in Minecraft.

This is the trick, isn't it. Don't forget to use Luminol to help clean up, and don't forget that Luminol only glows the first time it is exposed to bodily fluids. UV lights work wonders too - they are a must for any relatively serious cleaning job.

Many years ago, I actually ran into a black hoodlum once who was literally on a 4-man cleanup crew for gang killings. He described a number of stories in great detail - including one where they completely replaced a section of carpet.
