I can't remember having such nice summer weather. Like today, 75 and all sun. Can't ask for better than that.

Hill country here in Texas, I cannot remember a year where everything is green in July. Our weather has been much, much milder than it has for 20 years!

I’m also in the Texas hill country. It’s been very nice with the frequent rains. I don’t typically have to mow the grass in the summer because everything alive is in a heat coma.

As a bowfisher who needs the rivers to be high enough that the water is way back in the weeds, this summer has sucked. We've had very little rain and the rivers are super low.

Had a nice mild July. Last week or so has been curshingly hit, but it's supposed to break today.

It's almost like if the hot air goes to one place, it doesn;t go to the others. PNW gets a fuck summer, the rest of the country gets super mild. I would bet to guess that this summer will be, overall, a less than average temp summer. Just in that one locale, they are getting hammered.

Well, they get it year round for the most part. they can enjoy a month or two of not so other 90% of the country can enjoy it, too.

So that air just backed up a few hundred miles. that's it. it's not some crazy world ending global warming issue. A weird pocket of dry air shifted form the desert areas into the coastal areas.
