Dine in my base starts at 10% and goes up and down based on service. Could be as high as 30% if you fill my drinks 8 times, drop off extra bread and flirt with me.

Take out $5+10 (7-10%) depending on quantity of food prepped. Rarely do my meals go over that amount when I take out. I might as well cook it myself if that's the case.
