Sounds like the researchers here are biased, it would make more sense that they simply cannot imagine, as you said.
Lacking visual imagery or an inner monologue is akin to mental retardation in my opinion. These people whom cannot imagine need to be led by someone with their best interests in mind, but unfortunately they "choose" to follow the kike medias' directive. It's sad, really. (And terrifying)

This reminds me of when the left and right hemispheres of the brain are severed, perhaps those thoughts are occurring somewhere, but what is in control of the body is not the part that is with that thinking.

The portion that comes to mind is when the 'conscious' person who has the two halves severed is not in full motor control of their body, and cannot dictate what clothing to wear.

Chemical castration could probably be devised to target and divide people's brains into segments, ruining cooperation, and thus a complete human.

But how prevalent are those conditions? It sounds pretty rare

Another way of putting it is they are effectively Zombies. Prior to NPC meme thats what we called them anyways. The concept of the zombie film is based on individuals with no inner monologue and/or aphantasia.

Shuffling, drooling, unthinking creature. Both horrifying and pitiable in its existence. It lives to consume and nothing else. For the zombie, existence is pain, and the only relief is to consume. The living flesh/horror element is just a ruse, or perhaps just emotional abuse on part of the jewish film director to traumitize us thinking individuals. The zombie desires to consume and destroy the living, but its an amoral creature. Ultimately, in most zombie films, the reason for it is some kind of gov experiment or virus. It was unleashed upon the world to make people dense, dumb, painfully wretched living dead monsters who only know how to consume. The few who were not affected spend the rest of the film fruitlessly trying to fight off these hordes with varying degrees of success.

Ive had a good long think about it, as I was an avid horror fan as a teenager, and its illuminating how much you realize horror is used to demonstrate these concepts that jews wish to unleash upon the world.
