Gabara and his alts have been banned for vote manipulation

I've warned him before about using multiple accounts to vote on content, I've been more than lenient with him. But it's his nature to cause trouble I guess, so I've banned his account and the 10 known alt accounts he was using to manipulate votes. Registration will remain closed for a bit, with possible restrictions for newer accounts upon reopening.

Because I'm not seeing dial posts with - 9 down voats consistently, which is what you would expect to see.

This is not a massive site, it has a low user base.

I think it would have been a lot better all round if the evidence was presented, and Gabara was given an opportunity to defend himself.
