If Aeon Flux encouraged gender themed conflict and mental illnesses for the sake of population reduction and other things then yes.

India and China are breeding like crazy. The rest of the world combined cant compare to those two. The USA is a very small portion of the human race. Thats even with the endless flood of immigrants who will never properly assimilate or uphold American values. Anyone with genuine population concerns would be talking about and nearly only about India and China. This isnt about the environment.
