I guess it depends on how sticky they were. Effectively leafletting is annoying, possibly worthy of a misdemeanor, but not the same as vandalism.

Possibly, but the fact that Kantz has Katz, a well known 'protected' blonde-jewish name, as an alias, as well as the fact that he seems to be doing the standard false flag that jews use to force draconian garbage, suggests not to me.

I see this as no different than the jews who spammed imgtc and related with CP to get them removed, or who spammed original Voat with scantily clad kids to 'push the edge' and force restrictions (which they then used to decry censorship). Even the article is written to push the hate-crime laws as a response, which apparently NC doesn't have. I legit had no idea that there were states without them.

Last name aliases aren't specific to the person - they result (most commonly) when last names are nationalized to fit into a new country, but can result for other reasons. A commonly known jewish one is Cohen is also Kuhn depending on country, just as it is commonly known that many Irish 'Americanized' their names by dropping the 'Mc' and the 'O'' from their names when coming over.

Just google a bit - there is a wealth of information on this from the genealogical communities.

the ethnic intimidation charge makes it a misdemeanor to "assault another person, or damage or deface the property of another person, or threaten to do any such act" because of someone's race, color, religion, nationality or country of origin.

He didn't do it because the guys mexican. He just put a sticker up. Also, it wasn't intimidating any human at all..it was in a bathroom and on cars. Weak ass charge.

How did they know he placed those stickers in the bathroom? The whole point of putting stickers in the bathroom stall is there are no cameras in a bathroom and no witnesses in a stall. So who saw him do it?

They must have evidence of him putting stickers somewhere else other than a bathroom stall.

Probably from putting them on the cars outside. Honestly, he should only be charged with destruction of property or vandalism. If the enthic intimedation is a lesser crime, I could seem him settling for the lesser charge. It's all a bunch of bullshit anyway. No hate crime was made.
