favorite workout before a big dinner?

Just a basic well rounded workout. I wouldn't want to go with a hard workout and be bearly able to move at that time.

What I would do is hit the weights hard the next day when your system has absorbed all that.. then I would get a MetRx cookies and cream bar available all over (Walmart, gas stations, ...) Ild slice it with a knife and snack on that one bar before and after.

I am experienced and active in aggressive strength training in the super light weight class.

Leg day. Those are your biggest muscles in your body and if you really do some good squats, you're going to need a lot of food afterwards.

i work the 90s cardio glide, hard for hiit sprints, which is a squat variation, and can relate to this comment from you AloisH, although if you like Hitler, know I like Ludendorff. You never would have suspected a response to this shit a month later, I have to guess.

Specifically.. your muscles burn micro fat during workout and that is what needs to be replaced to feel energized.

The nutrition is for cell repair. Without that you loose potential muscle gains.

A big dinner seems most satisfying to me after doing a back or arm day.
