No, there will be exceptions. As I noted in another comment, those exceptions may result in a user ban rather than a domain ban. Bans very rarely occur without a warning message,so if you ignore those, you're on your own.

https://imgbb.com/ is wonderfully reliable in my experience. I swap to that when CB is down.
