Can't tell with the lighting and they look like Butter Boletes.Based on the picture of the underside, they may be a little on the wormy side (Boletes go fast). As others have said, presuming you've determined them to be edible, slice thin when preparing to remove volunteers from the "meat group".I also second frying in olive oil as a cooking method for these.
