Pinch a piece off. After 30 secondd If it dyes blue or pink tint don't eat it. If it doesn't its edible. Fslice it up thin,, Fry it in hot olive oil and dust with salt and pepper. Mushroom fries. They are delicious.

Based on the picture of the underside, they may be a little on the wormy side (Boletes go fast).
As others have said, presuming you've determined them to be edible, slice thin when preparing to remove volunteers from the "meat group".
I also second frying in olive oil as a cooking method for these.
