Catbox.moe is down but litter.catbox.moe isn't. Catbox.moe is likely just experiencing routine maintenance.

Edit: as for the store subdomain being up, I've contacted cats (catbox admin) in the past about catbox.moe being down litterbox not and he explained that litterbox is on a different directory (meaning it's usually up if regular catbox.moe isn't). Same is likely of the store subdomain. I highly doubt catbox is deliberately trying to sell merchandise by withholding their services. It's likely just that catbox is currently undergoing maintenance.
