There was a movie made about this in the 70s. It’s called ‘The Warriors’ and is something of a classic. The pertinent part is in the beginning when a gang leader calls all of the gangs in New York together and spells out to them in numbers just how much they outnumber the police force and what they could do if they united.

The movie is a classic and IMHO worth watching.

Gang members are likely too stupid to ever unite. But if they tried the results would be bad.

I'm torn between letting Chimpcago burn itself to the ground and pushing the nearby whites to move to a whiter town (thereby concentrating whites into another area); and not wanting an American city to be lost because of the infestation.

I mean, it's already too late for Chicago on some level, but it can always get worse.
Then once no-go zones are made, they expand, but it's also a great place for nogs to reduce their population...and the police don't do anything so they know they can get away with it.
