If core users block everything they don't like it removes the potency of the voat immune system. The anon fags could start posting CP and other degenerate shit without setting off any alarms.
Picking a random user name is anonymous enough, It protects the users real identity while still providing a place to point the finger when they eventually cross the line beyond free speech into rope territory.
There are plenty of various chans that are anonymous they should go post there, If you're on voat, pick a name and own it.

If the only engagement one has with a user or a subverse is downvoating, then these should automatically get blocked for one once a ratio of 2:1 (downvoats:upvoats) is reached after a threshold of X votes.
