Yes she's beautiful but after a week without a shower she'd stink like any human animal would. My point? The importance of water to the human race, not for just drinking but keeping ourselves respectable. So the next time you have a shower, rejoice in its cleansing qualities and how lucky you are to be able to shower once a day.
Edit:for debate, so, beauty contained in high cheekbones and large green eyes is dependent on water for washing. It's very hard for beauty to shine through grime which gives credence to the notion that it is only (clean) skin-deep. In a sense, therefore, beauty is illusory and cannot be sustained on its own.
Conclusion: a human being is only as beautiful as their next shower.
