Minor PSA for those who like to smoke hemp and use CBD based products.
Make sure you are sourcing American grown hemp from local farmers like Pine Rose Farms and Veterans Grow. It's very common for people to import the raw plant from Chinese farms and then they process it and package it as an "American" made product. So if you like hemp products or CBD or Delta 8 THC then make sure that they state where the starting material is coming from, if they have no answer it's likely coming in from China which means that plant is going to have pesticides and heavy metals in it from breathing toxic air.
This can apply to any food products too, they might import Chinese fruits and then process it into juice in America and suddenly that apple juice is "Made in America".
They are literally the same plant actually, the whole hemp vs cannabis thing is just a legal distinction.
Example: You can take 2 seeds from the same mother plant, and fertilized by the same father, and if one came out over .3% ∆9THC and the other under .3% then the first would be classified as hemp, and the second as cannabis. So, despite literally being the same plant with the same genetics, the government will label them as two different plant. It's like this because, as usual, our government is filled with retards.
Also lots of people smoke hemp products because there is a large number of other cannabinoids found in the plant asides from THC. Unironically, I know it's hard to believe when society had been fed decades of degenerate stoner culture but there are in fact many other reasons to use it besides just "to get high". I mean, if getting high is all one wants I can recommend a number of other legal narcotics.
Wanna hear how dumb the government is? Because the farm bill specifically only calls out ∆9THC 11-hydroxy-THC and it's synthetic derivatives, this means all other naturally occurring compounds are legal in it's composition. What does this mean? Well, simply put, the plant doesn't actually produce active THC, it produces ∆9THCa. The a, or acid molecule is important, because when you heat the THC it changes into activated ∆9THC. This means that if you grow hemp plants that grow THCa and keep the plant from decarboxylation then it will remain federally legal as it's technically a different molecule.
This is all despite being the exact same plant...

One thing my stupid liberal government did here in Canada did right was ban the import of cannabis into the country. It also helps we grow the best in the world, mainly due to all those American activists that fled here from the DEA.
Sadly FDA considers oil the weight it would take to produce so couple grams in oil will be felony intent to distribute. So yeah if I’m gonna wanna smoke out of a pen I’ll use d8 it is indeed retarded.
