If the government is forcing facebook with incentives and intimidation to censor speech then the government is censoring free speech which violates the first amendment. They are using facebook as an arm of the government. Besides that, if private businesses can do whatever they want like you say, then why are bakers and floral shop owners being taken to court for choosing not to sell their services to faggots?
