Not sure if I believe it myself. I'll have to got to the lumber yard this weekend and give it a look see. As of last weekend, it was a little cheaper, but not 50%. Not even close. I'm just hopeful with fingers crossed. If I have to, I'll wait until next year to get done with the projects that I would like to complete. It's all I can do at this point, brother.
