One on the left is closer up, different resolution, and from a different angle. Look at the pattern of the colored bars and look how far away the one on the right actually is; It's from the other side of the yellow tape (probably from the sidewalk). It looks different at first, but it's the same mural.

They're the same exact pattern. They only look different because they're either faded or different camera resolutions. From left to right:

Yellow/red

Blue/yellow
