After watching that, I have a hard time reaching any other conclusion than this guy is controlled opposition.

The evasive manner in which he first avoids the questions entirely, then insults them for asking. Total scumbag.

Appreciate the input and it’s been my experience here and on old Voat that lots of folks are willing to help if you ask nicely. Particularly if you are known to demonstrate helpful behavior toward others.

It happens all the time, e.g. “Hey can you help me find that image with the 2 soyfags showing off their San Francisco bullseyes?”, etc. It’s one of the things that make this community work so well.

I do feel like I kind of understand where you may have been coming from though. I deal with people all the time who try to use me as their personal research assistant instead of trying to find something or figure it out for themselves, which is kind of an indirect way of saying that their time is more valuable than mine. I find that behavior to be somewhat inconsiderate.

I don’t feel that way. Rather, I respect other people’s time because I value mine.

That’s why I phrased the request specifically to ask if anyone had information they could share, as in “already in possession”, not to ask them to go look for it on my behalf.
