It's full of good information, but to simplify it, it comes down to biology. Women are the attractors. It's usually the opposite in birds where the girls are dull colored and the boys are colorful. Women have to keep attracting and that means honest approval will motivate them, and lead them.

Go and rearrange a "liberated" women's kitchen and she'll not like that all, unless it's part of a tv show built around her getting approval. Her liberated husband is less likely to care, especially if the rearrangement is more logical.
