China recently rescinded their one-child policy, too, ostensibly with the main goal of meeting the population demands required by engaging in future large-scale conflict, possibly even on a world scale, and as we in the West have seen, the toxic ideologies of progressiveness, liberalism, feminism, and not the least of which, 'alternative' sexualities have contributed to a crash in birth rates and quality of life for children and young adults.
Surely, this cannot have been lost on the CCP, who have been very clear they are in it to win world dominance, not make friends if they don't have to.
