There's no corruption sub so I figured this was close enough.

From the description:

"Gary Rodehorst, code enforcement "officer", stalking and harrassing residents?

Fraudulent fines and attempted robbery!

Attempts to fine them for $4520.00 for a tire that was low on air? Even if it was completely flat, is this the purpose of government?

We wonder how much work this taxpayer had to loose [sic] to waste his time in Code Enforcement Kangaroo court."

There is HOA in terms of maintaining common property (entrances, sheriff contracts, garbage contracts, etc.) and maintaining building standards - 40 year roofing, no bright pink homes, etc., and then there is the "I don;t like where you store your garbage can," or "your taste in lawn decor is tacky" or "your bushes are 3" too high" or "your fence must be stained light cedar ONLY" or "You can't add a patio to the back of your house because it's not standard" kind of crap.
