The step that comes before the wipeout involves deprivation of resources. In such instances, the niggers most prone to killing, i.e. 15-25 year old males (5% of nigs) will instinctively target the older/more vulnerable nigs around them in a bid for resources.
A portion of those niggers will also kill each other for power over dwindling territory. The rest will be swept up through attrition and then finally whatever populace takes the rest out, the majority of whom will be white.
The white population is MUCH LARGER than that in any place where the scare mongering comes from. What's coming is ethnic cleansing in order to claim territory, and it will be done by every group who has numerical superiority in a region.
