Victorinox makes really good sapphire crystal watches for very reasonable prices. A nice option if you are looking to build the collection but not spend much.

Used to collect watches. Montblanc Timewalker was my first nice watch. Chopard Mille Miglia was my favorite. Panerai also makes nice stuff.
