This shouldn't even be a matter of religion.

a
Anyone should be able to have full control over their own private business, they should be able to determine who works for them, what is required of those who work for them (and what they are offered in exchange for their agreement to perform those duties), who they serve, and what services are on offer to them (and what is required of them to receive those services).

With no justifications even needing to be asked of them, they don't need any reasons at all, its their business, their property, they can have complete control over what they do with it.

I own myself and my stuff, I control what happens with it, if you want to do anything that's physically involving either, you need my permission, which I can withdraw at any time.

They should be able to write their side of the contracts they offer to others, and to determine who they offer access to that contract.

The language used is also fucked up, ass-backwards thinking is baked right into it, it's not denying people service so much as it is refusing to offer it to them in the first place, they aren't entitled to access to anything that belongs to someone else, that other party must agree to consent to giving them access to that, and the owner always says the terms for the basis on which that access is being offered.

Like I said, religion shouldn't even need to be brought up here, why they don't want to serve you doesn't matter, the fact they don't want to serve you is justification enough to say that they don't have to give you any service.

The Civil Rights Act overrules the god-given rights of men, because niggers and faggots.

We need the categorical removal of everyone getting a government paycheck.

Maybe it's time to stop calling this a "conservative" supreme court.

Aren’t they perfectly conserving the fight against Americans freedoms that the constitution started?

Are you attempting to suggest that Americans had more freedom prior to the ratification of the US Constitution? If so, to which specific time period are you referring.

Not arguing, but imagine a pre-USA American man... Riding around the prairie on a horse he's not making payments on, shooting indians and Chinamen and runaway nogs without repercussion, carrying state-of-the-art weaponry, no hunting license...

Shit wasn’t perfect under the articles of confederation, but everything was ran by the landowning farmers, and jewish speculators and bankers had no fixed power yet There’s a reason they had to get a Jew (Hamilton) to ram in the constitution while some of the founders weren’t even in the country, and why they had to add the bill of rights to it after it was passed. Wages and profits from agricultural goods had never been better for the yeoman farmer even in Europe.

American history is always told by jumping right from a Columbus to the desperate need to pass the constitution to save the world from ending. Power had never been so decentralized for Europeans for 100s and 100s of years.
Again, I’m not saying it was amazing overall, but with all the ((schemey)) shit that came flooding in the second the constitution was passed, it’s really up to people to prove things weren’t better before it imo.

Hamilton was the son of a white woman who converted to Judaism for her husband. He had no jewish blood, but he went to a jewish school and always had the jews' backs above American interests.

His father was jewish

Not that that isn’t jewish enough, but there’s reasonable evidence to speculate she was also jewish.
Also, his mom didn’t just convert for her husband, the man that raised him was a slave owning, slave trading Caribbean Jew.

I used to think fags didn't deserve to be hanged. Then I learned the gay is a jewish institution.

"The court declined the case without comment Friday, but noted that Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch would have taken up the case." -Forbes

Fuck the rest. What a pile of shit on the bench.

It’s not a conservative SCOTUS, it’s a Con supermajority
