Besides 0-days are technically 3-week (negative 21 days) days (if unpublished bug) access to special military pre-allocation code by microsoft to patch milnet stuff weeks before patch tuesday with PROMISE by navy and airforce that the patches MUST NOT BE BINARY DIFFED or leaked out.

I think only 30 to 50 entities (all NOFORN, some Fortune 500) get the super early patches, and they are not allowed to talk amongst themselves even about being permitted by MS.

Doing a dissassembly binary diff of a "negative 21 day" (0-day -21 days) security microsoft patch ironically spreads the exploit to MOSSAD/IRAN/RUSSIA/CHINA. You know how.
