After I read your comment I sought out the book, downloaded a copy, searched for key words (in French) like "elderly", "virus", "treatment", "execute", "camps", and "pandemic". Any search results including those words did not match the quote in the poster. Debunked! Thanks for speaking out. I'll keep the post up in the hopes others see this exchange.
