You're thinking of Ann Leibovitz, who is a photographer. Fran Lebowitz used to be a writer -- "used to be", because she admits she hasn't written anything in decades and trades on her reputation as a New York "wit" in the mode of Dorothy Parker (another jew writer). However, they are both ugly lesbian jewesses.

I was on autopilot and clicked the first link. I should have known better. That image is in the book "Cult Rapture" by Adam Parfrey (who was a jew, by the way). She was one of the most vile jewesses who ever lived and certainly one of the ugliest.
