Ive downloaded 9 TB before (usenet), and 5 TB (usenet), but no way will I do one monolithic 31 TB, nor on torrents. but some torrents are comprised of discrete files and you can cherry pick loose little files to test. I've done that many times when suspicious.

This 32 TB might be a huge hoax file... or not.
