They're called delta Q proof posts, I believe. The idea was that Q posted and a couple minutes or moments later DJT would post something that related, it really gave Q credibility. If you ran the board, you could fake the timestamp of the Q post and it would be believed.

Well, he was one of the guys involved with the Q-LARP. It looks to me like it was a coordinated effort by a number of people and groups. Watkins just provided the publishing for the "Q"'s messages.
