I can definitely run faster without shoes. My feet are pretty well hardened. I think it’s best to go barefoot as much as possible and strengthen your feet. But still fight with shoes.
I mean, if I lived on the beach Id invest in some nice sandals. Since Ohio isnt known for its beaches I wear boots or shoes. Flipflops would be silly and uncomfortable w/o any of the beach perks where Id be wearing some nice sandals anyway.
Not really a fighting shoe since like the Romans but the sandal is comfortable beach footwear. You just have to stay armed while chilled out by the ocean.
