He described the difficulties in getting the St. Croix bridge approved, mostly because of activists. He said officials and designers came up with the "perfect solution", which was a modified bridge design. That is false. The most perfect solution would have been to kill every last one of the activists. Then the bridge could have proceeded without any obstacles.
