After 7 idiots on SCOTUS decided to say Obama Care is constitutional, I say we give them their own medicine. I will advocate for a $1 Billion per year tax on everyone, with a tax credit that cancels it out if you are not a SCOTUS justice who voted to uphold Obama Care.
