That video is chock full of shocking crimes by the government.

When cops approach me I instantly tell them to fuck off. I used to only think it and put on a friendly mask, but I care no longer for niceties and facades. It’s over, the illusion was slowly failing over the years and this just made me verbal about the curtain fall.

Not legal advice but this should work in any common law country. Unless they are after you for breaking a common law (murder, theft, etc.) then what they are trying to do is to enter into a contract with your person. That is a ticket, a fine, etc. Getting your person's name is how they make the contract. So when asked anything by a cop just say 'I am not authorized to answer questions'. And don't say anything else. You can repeat that phrase but nothing else. You may ask them questions but don't answer them and best to just not talk to them any more then that phrase. What you are basically saying is that you are not the trustee for that person (legal entity) they need to contract with as they are operating for their legal entity at that time. If you are not the trustee for the person then the Crown is as they issued that entity (check your drivers licence and see if it says this is the property of some Crown corporation like your government). When they are after you for a common law offence they are acting as real flesh and blood people. They are acting as 'peace officers'. When they are after you for a ticket they are acting as 'police officers' or revenue generators (glorified tax collectors) for the company they are acting for and can only interact with other legal entities at that moment or else they become the trustee for the incident and will need to settle the account (fine) themselves.
