What's really amazing is the fresh sidewalk added to area before the last image. That probably added ridiculous value to the properties for tax purposes.

Pff, they make homeowners handle all of that round these parts. Hire a contractor to build / repair the sidewalk near your house or else they'll send out the county slackers who will do a terrible job and charge triple.

Oh no, it's been replaced. Those earlier pics show a sidewalk in complete shambles, probably installed at the same time as the homes were originally built (early to mid 1900's). The sidewalk in the last pic is very modern looking. The colors seem a bit odd, but there has clearly been a lot of traffic in and out of the middle lot, tracking lots of mud.

The 2015 images are gone, but in the 2018 and 2019 images you can see that only parts of the sidewalk were replaced, and already in disrepair...

Tineye.com to find the website where the image originated (https://www.goobingdetroit.com) which credited Mackay St in Detroit. From there I used Street View and went up and down Mackay St until I found it (using 2009 images).

Those homes might look nice on the outside but were already shit in 2009 to fall apart that fast. This was caused by many issues. Government forcing banks to give out loans for home to people that had no business owning those homes. Banks for getting greed and repackaging those terrible loans in with good loans. And home owners that did not take in repairs and defaulted on loans that they promised they would pay.

It looks like fire damage. Notice the charring on the house on the right, the pile of ash on the the on the left and the house that is now in view in the back looks like the roof caught fire. Furthermore, houses do not collapse to this level in just 6 years, even if the roof has a gaping hole. OP please try not to be a faggot next time. Yes, niggers are bad, but this is just dumb.
