Spotify is having embed and album art issues, and their API is getting slower. Might be a CDN issue.

Basically the CDN was locked up. Like a DDOS but caused by an internal mistake. It was resolved in about an hour.

I actually got a notification of my phone from brave notifying me via RT link about this, its never done that before.

Lucky I've downloaded over 250gigs of DRM free games if shit happens.

Could explain the interrupted internet connections that have been ongoing here for days, typically it will connect albeit slowly then will work ok for a few minutes before going out, then you have four or five minutes to wait until the connection restores itself .. TPG says they are aware of the problem and are working with Telstra Australia to set things to rights.

Take 2# - Yeah thanks for the reply .. the Telstra chap arrived yesterday he said there were a host of problems with the connection all associated with "fair wear and tear," that one of the wires leading in from the street had been installed in 1981, he did his thing and things went back to normal ..... however when I penned Take 1# of this reply then hit "post" the same broken connection problem emerged as before, I will have to get back to them - Edit, I got back to TPG they said they will investigate.
