No "favorite" but I enjoy Cholula, Crystal's and Texas Pete. Franks Red hot and Tabasco are also good.

Interesting timing -- I actually had homemade pizza tonight with Tapatio hot sauce and crushed red pepper mixed into the pizza sauce. It was incredible, as if homemade pizza isn't good enough already.

I wouldn't use it as a condiment, but I would definitely mix in the Tapatio and crushed red pepper again. This was my first time trying this out.

New York Pizza can take parmasean and chili flakes but not necessary.

Chicago pizza needs nothing.
