I had some sample pellets, they absorbed till about 5 times there weight, and they were large af. The randomness at which they get inserted plus a nice pressure dressing on top would definitely allow for someone in a 1st world country to get to the next echelon of care.

Old quick clot was good, the new shit you get in the gauze doesn't get hot enough for that barbecued flesh smell. Lol

I was thinking of making my own with meat glue and chitosan, apparently those are the major components of some newer ones.
