I've temporarily increased the submission limiter from 5 to 30 minutes for negative accounts.

Less effective on sites like this, but the strategy works best on chan/forum style sites. If you can "bump" a thread, you can forum slide: creating a bunch of threads to push down content, threads, you want hidden from high-traffic front pages.

The brand new account produces over a dozen posts an hour and seems to get an upvote for every one no matter how trivial it is.

Edit: I see articles with more than one upvotes getting one removed when it wont put them in the negatives. I suspect it could be to help hide their upvoting alt once they have a naturally occurring up vote.
