I watched a video recently about skyscraper construction in china, it was horrifying. During the day workmen would build wooden forms for casting concrete pillars to hold up the building, but they and the cleanup crew would be using the forms as giant rubbish bins. So when they pour the pillars they end up full of whatever trash the construction crew had left behind.

The result is a crumbly mess of concrete, packaging and organic material. I really have to wonder how many buildings collapse over there and they just cover it up.

I remember some dude pulling out one of the rebar support beams from a wall by hand, and the proceeding to rip apart the other walls using that rebar. It was as if the walls were made lot paper. Terrifyingly he was in a 20 story skycraper.
