Meh, if the guy wanted to do it, he should have just kept his mouth shut and did his business.

Most of these guys who announce their marks seem to wind up shooting themselves, one way or another-- before even getting close to the mark.

Perfect example of why women should never be included in these kinds of decisions, their natural protective instincts will do nothing but put 'big fuck you hurdles' between you and your goals. Somewhat ironically, his girlfriend has now put him significantly more danger than he was when he was anonymously solo.

Imagine creating a fake persona based loosely on a real person, maybe someone similar to this sniper guy, and with that persona, anonymously making baseless online threats against politicians, accompanied by claims of significant firepower capabilities, and then kicking back to watch an entire government lose their shit trying to find a person that doesn't even exist. Sounds like it could be rather amusing. I'm not saying this is what we're looking at here, but it sure would be funny if it was.
